B. General information on the storage period

If nothing more specific about the storage of personal data is mentioned in this declaration, we will store the data for as long as we need it to fulfill the stated purpose, or for as long as there is a statutory (e.g. tax or commercial law) retention period.

2. PROCESSING OF SERVER LOG FILES

When using our website for purely informational purposes, general information that your browser transmits to our server is first processed automatically (i.e. not via registration). This includes by default: browser type/version, operating system used, page accessed, previously visited page (referrer URL), IP address, date and time of the server request and HTTP status code.

The processing is necessary to provide our website and is carried out to protect our legitimate interests. It is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 f GDPR.

3. CONTACT POSSIBILITIES AND INQUIRIES

Our website contains a contact form that you can use to send us messages. All data fields marked as mandatory are required to process your request. Failure to provide it means that we cannot process your request. The provision of further data is voluntary. Alternatively, you can also send us a message via the contact e-mail. We process the data for the purpose of answering your request.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 b GDPR.

4. COOKIES

We use cookies on our website. Put very simply, a cookie is a small text file that stores data about websites visited. Cookies store a kind of “user profile”, i.e. things like your preferred language and other page settings that are generally required by the website in order to be able to offer you certain services.

We only use cookies for the contact form and Google Maps with your consent.

When you visit a website, you can set up your browser so that you are informed about these cookies and can only accept them in certain cases. 5. GOOGLE MAPS

We use the “Google Maps” service on our website, which is provided by the third-party provider Google Ireland Limited (Ireland/EU). For this purpose, processing of your IP address is technically necessary so that the content can be sent to your browser. Your IP address will therefore be transmitted to Google, although we cannot rule out the possibility of the processed data being transmitted to Google LLC (1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield and thus offers an appropriate level of data protection in accordance with Art. 45 GDPR (https://www.privacyshield.gov/participant?id=a2zt000000001L5AAI&status=Active).

This data processing takes place in each case to protect our legitimate interests in the optimization and economic operation of our website and is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 f DSGVO.

The programming language JavaScript is regularly used to integrate the service. You can therefore object to the data processing by deactivating the execution of JavaScript in your browser or by installing a JavaScript blocker. Please note that this can lead to functional restrictions on the website.

6.WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

If you have given us separate consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR. Such a revocation does not affect the lawfulness of the processing that has taken place on the basis of the consent up to the point of revocation.

You have the following gratuitous rights with regard to your personal data:

• Right to rectification or erasure (Art. 16 and Art. 17 GDPR),

• Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DS-GVO),

• Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),

• Right to object to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR), which is based on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 e or f GDPR, to object. If we process personal data about you for the purpose of direct advertising, you can object to this processing in accordance with Article 21 (2) and (3) GDPR.

8.COMPLAINT TO A REGULATORY AUTHORITY

f you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
